Brandon Giles
Founder and Lead Consultant

Brandon started his consulting career in 2014. He is a graduate of Western Carolina University where he majored in sociology and minored in business administration. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Josh Giles Foundation, a non-profit organization in honor of his father Josh Giles. Brandon’s dad was a  college basketball coach for 30 years and a huge inspiration to many around the country, Brandon along with his family continue to enrich lives through the foundation. In 2016, he founded BGC. He set out with a goal to grow the company into one of the nation’s leading consulting firms by diversifying his reach and helping bring influential partnerships together. He holds the core values of being sincere and passionate with every approach towards his clients. Brandon has worked with groups from China, Guadeloupe, Australia, France, North America, British Virgin Islands, Martinique, St. Marten, to name a few. Brandon believes with the mindset of having faith, followed by focusing on the essentials, any job can be finished at a high level. Brandon currently is the Head Basketball Coach at Polk State College in Winter Haven Florida. Brandon not only is set out to win a championship and build better men through basketball as he also engages in several community projects both locally and nation wide. Brandon currently sits on the Board of Directors for Central Florida Health Care, Boys and Girls Club of Polk County and The Talbot House. Giles is also co-owner of Ridge Capital Development, LLC who specializes in land revitalization and development.

Cortney Giles
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Cortney is responsible for overseeing the management of all financial transaction within BGC. She attended the University of Western Carolina where she majored in Accounting. After graduation, Cortney started her career in accountants payable at executive club level resorts throughout the south Florida area. Soon after she would see her position change to Staff Accountant as she made the move to Central Florida, where she now resides. Cortney currently serves as the Accounting Manager for Integrated Supply Network where she manages over $30,000,000 for the company. While juggling two positions and being a mother first, Cortney does a great job of maintaining our core values and overseeing all financial transactions.

Cynthia Giles 
Administrative Assistant

With over 25 years of administrative experience, Cynthia brings a great deal of knowledge to the structure of our organization. As the founder of the Josh Giles Foundation in 2005, she serves as a key asset to our success.
